THE PROCESS

STEP ONE: ENQUIRE

Fill out my contact form with as much detail as possible! Once you hit submit, you can excitedly wait for my response. You can expect our reply within 24 hours.

STEP TWO: LET’S CHAT

After we chat a little bit (where we’ll get to know each other and make sure we’re a good fit) We will send over our contract along with an invoice for your 50% non refundable retainer.

STEP THREE: YOU’RE BOOKED

Once the contract is signed and sent back to me and the retainer has been paid, you can jump for joy because your session is officially booked with us!

STEP FOUR: HERE FOR YOU

We will keep in touch the whole time we are working together but we will always be here for you whether we are working together or not! 

STEP FIVE: WE PLAN

If you need help with planning, that is what we are here for, so take advantage! We have shot many weddings and have knowledge that will be helpful!

STEP SIX: AFTER THE SHOOT

After our shoot has come to an end you can expect your full gallery within 6-8 weeks! If there is any sort of delay we will always communicate this with you!

STEP EIGHT: DELIVERY

We’ll provide your final photos/video through an online gallery which you can download from and order large prints & albums from too!

-6, 8, or 10 hours coverage (custom packages available)

-2 photographers OR 2 videographers

-drone photography OR videography (dependant on location & permits)

-phone calls throughout us working together to plan

-photo sneak peak within 48 hours after wedding

-a beautifully curated gift

-all packages include 35mm or super 8mm film

-addition fees apply for travel/destination weddings outside of Queenstown

THE FaQ

  • 6-8 weeks, If there is ever any sort of delay, we will communicate that with you!

  • Photos: The short answer is no, editing is our creative outlet and we find that editing is 80% of the job and what you are paying for! This is why it is really important you pick a photographer you love!

    Videos: Yes we do. We have a raw footage add on that includes all of the uncut footage.

  • Yes we do, We are based in Otago New Zealand and feel so blessed to call this country my home but we will follow you anywhere in the world.

  • We require a 50% non-refundable deposit on booking! The final amount is due 1 month before your wedding.

  • Absolutely we do! Once we have delivered your final image gallery, you can order large prints directly through there! We use a beautiful company called Queensberry here in New Zealand, they are high quality and take lots of love and care when creating these prints.

    If you want an album, we can go through all options together & craft your perfect album!

  • Absolutely we do. If none of our packages are catching your eye, definitely let us know what you have in mind & we can create a package tailored for you!

  • While shooting your important moments, We are shooting directly onto 2 x SD cards. Post shoot we then transfer all of our files onto 2 seperate hard drives. We don’t clear the SD cards until we have well and truely delivered your photos/videos. Which means we have your photos/videos safe and sound in 4 different locations while we prepare them for you :)
