Hi!! I’m Ellie, I first got into photography in 2019 after I watched Cody take photos of landscapes for years. I still remember the first time he handed me his camera. We were on a cliff in New Zealand and he was trying to explain everything to me, I was so confused lol. We kept at it and when we got back to Australia I decided to buy my own camera. I started shooting landscapes all over NZ & Aus for about a year until Cody had one of his Brides (he was the videographer) that needed a last-minute photographer, so I stepped right into the deep end with him by my side, I have basically shot weddings & couples ever since and love it!

A few things to explain the type of person I am - I love tofu, reality TV shows, boxer dogs, the big bang theory (I fall asleep to it every night lol). I have a pretty wicked sense of humour that doesn’t make sense a lot of the time, so over time you will understand this haha. I've spent my whole life in Brisbane, Australia until I felt the calling to move to New Zealand and experience living in a new country (I always felt like if I were to look back on my life at 100 years old and didn’t do it, I would be so disappointed…so I didn’t wanna disappoint old Ellie).

Photography has given my life such a purpose, one that I never realised I could have had. It has taken me to so many incredible places, given me so many incredible friends and has made me grow as a person. I've always been very introverted and not very good with my words, so I think photography has brought out a side of me that I had never seen and I love it so much.
