Hi there! I’m Ellie. My journey into photography began in 2019, inspired by watching Cody capture stunning landscapes for years. I’ll never forget the first time he handed me his camera. We were standing on a cliff in New Zealand, and as he patiently tried to explain all the settings, I was completely overwhelmed—but also utterly captivated. Back in Australia, I decided to get my own camera, and I started photographing landscapes across New Zealand and Australia.
My path took an unexpected turn when one of Cody’s brides (he was the videographer) found herself in need of a last-minute photographer. With his encouragement, I stepped right into the deep end, capturing my first wedding. From that moment on, I discovered my love for photographing couples and weddings, and I’ve never looked back.
A little about me: I’m a tofu enthusiast, a lover of reality TV shows, and a proud fan of boxer dogs. I fall asleep every night to The Big Bang Theory (it’s my ultimate comfort show). My sense of humor can be a little quirky, but don’t worry—it’ll all make sense eventually! Born and raised in Brisbane, Australia, I felt a deep pull to move to New Zealand, a place I always dreamed of calling home. I knew I’d regret it if I didn’t take the leap, and now I couldn’t imagine my life any other way.
Photography has given my life a profound sense of purpose I never realized I was missing. It has taken me to incredible places, introduced me to lifelong friends, and helped me grow in ways I didn’t think possible. As an introvert, I’ve often struggled to express myself through words, but photography has allowed me to tell stories, connect with people, and see a version of myself I truly love. It’s more than just a passion—it’s a part of who I am.

Cody is one of the most driven and passionate people I have ever met. His energy and determination are truly inspiring, and he pours his heart into everything he does. He has a deep love for cars, the ocean, and the incredible creatures that call it home. Oh, and his obsession with peanut butter and mangoes is next level—so much so that my mum gifted him a 1kg jar of peanut butter and an entire tray of mangoes for Christmas. Needless to say, it was the perfect present for him!
When it comes to photography, Cody’s passion knows no bounds. He has a natural talent for exploring a variety of styles, each one showcasing his creativity and attention to detail. Whether he’s capturing breathtaking landscapes, intimate moments between couples, or the raw beauty of wildlife, Cody brings an artistic touch and a fresh perspective to everything he creates. What truly defines him is his ability to find inspiration in every field, always striving to tell meaningful stories through his work.
